Roger Richardson’s life has been defined by farming for 90 years. But beyond the fields of corn and soybeans, few can match Roger’s contribution to Maryland agriculture. Not only did he champion the creation of the Maryland Department of Agriculture to give farmers a voice in Annapolis, but over 30 years later he would serve as the Secretary of Agriculture in that same department.
