Meet NCT Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate student, Swaminathan (Swami), who is originally from India. With a background in human resources (HR) and experience working in large organizations, Swami set out to pursue higher education at Niagara College – Toronto knowing that it would create greater opportunities on his career journey.

One area of focus in the program that Swami thoroughly enjoys is Employment Law. This course helped enlighten him on an area of business operations that he felt would greatly benefit his future career goals. Moreover, he attributes much of his success to the program’s structured approach, which built upon foundational concepts from one term to the next. This seamless progression helped him grasp key concepts effortlessly to solidify his understanding of the subject matter.
