This is my weigh in #16 and my 4 month weight loss update video. The struggle of being for women on #weightlossjourney is that some of us have really bad periods. On top of really bad cramps, for me it feels like I can only lose weight for half of the month because I am bloated the other half.
Due to dealing with injuries since the start of my 2021 weight loss journey, I had to rely solely on cutting calories to try to lose weight. That has not worked for me. Since my knee is a lot better, I decided to increase my calories and focus a lot more on cardio specifically incline cardio. I can lose a good amount of weight doing so that way and I really like this form of cardio.
