The GoddessLife Workout is a sacred program that will encourage and empower you to move your hips in every way. It opens doors where there were only walls to reveal your Golden Goddess underneath. She - has always been there, and I feel her when I’m swimming in the ocean, gazing at the moon, and most of all, when I’m dancing. I created The Goddess Workout as a way to remember that I am born of divinity and cloaked in magic. I named it a “workout” as a way for me to exercise the goddess I knew was within me.
