This is a June 19, 2018 inspection of a Puppy Mill by Animal Inspector Kathryn Kirk owned by Reuben D. Mast at 8284 Cty Rd DD, LaJara ,Co. 81140.
After complaints were made in early June, 2018 regarding Kirk's slipshod inspections of Puppy Mills, she now erases evidence of her inspections to avoid public comment and protect the same Puppy Mill that she refused to cite for violations earlier.
This is one of many tapes and inspection reports received from Colorado's Department of Agriculture in response to an Open Records request.

The Dept. of Ag. informs that they review the body cam tapes, but when asked why this tape is erased for over an hour, they have no response.
