Ambon
Ambon (Indonesia) will present a video performance of Kaihulu, an ethnic reggae band that is highly influenced by Ambonesse traditional music. In their songs, the band talks about peace, love and harmony. They will perform their original songs and indigenous songs that use Ambonesse/Moluccan, an endangered native language. Kaihulu will also collaborate with Jonas Silooy and his booyratan traditional music and dance studio, which will feature several young musicians. They will perform without an audience on the beautiful waterfront of Namalatu.
