Korean Chicken Ramen Bowl Recipe 🍜🔥 Easy & Spicy

Make this delicious Korean Chicken Ramen Bowl in minutes!
Loaded with juicy chicken, soft-boiled eggs, fresh veggies, and a spicy Korean-style broth — this comforting bowl is perfect for lunch or dinner.
Use any ramen noodles of your choice and adjust spice as per your taste.

Method :-

1. Marinate the Chicken
Take 150–170 g chicken breast.
Add:
½ tbsp sesame oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp gochugaru
Mix well and marinate for 15–30 minutes.

2. Cook the Chicken
Heat ½ tbsp oil in a pan.
Cook chicken breast 3–4 minutes per side until done.
Slice it and keep warm.

3. Prep the Vegetables
Add a little oil in the same pan.
Stir-fry ¼ cup julienned carrots with a pinch of salt for 2–3 minutes. Remove.
Stir-fry 60 g spinach with a pinch of salt + pinch of black pepper for 30 seconds. Remove.

4. Make the Broth
In a pot add 450 ml chicken stock.
Add:
1 tbsp chopped spring onion whites
½ tsp chopped garlic
Veggie mix from the Jin Ramen (Spicy) packet
Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Add ½ packet of Jin seasoning (you can use any ramen seasoning of your choice).
Keep the broth hot.

5. Make the Finishing Sauce
In a bowl mix:
½ tsp gochugaru
½ tbsp gochujang
½ tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp hot sesame oil
½ tsp sesame seeds
¼ tsp minced garlic
A pinch of black pepper
2 tbsp hot broth
Mix into a smooth paste.

6. Cook the Noodles
Boil 2 cups water.
Add Jin ramen noodles (or any ramen noodles of your choice).
Cook 2–3 minutes.

7. Assemble the Bowl
Add noodles to a bowl.
Add the finishing sauce.
Pour in the hot broth.
Stir lightly.
Top with:
Spinach
Carrots
Egg halves
Green onion
Sliced chicken
