Low light, easy care plants:
Pothos
Sanseveria (not shown)
High light, low water:
Kalanchoe
Gets big:
Monstera deliciosa
Diffenbachia
Other plants that do great:
Spider plants
Anthurium
Hypoestes (polka dot plant)
Tradescantia (Nanouk, Lilac, etc)
Proceed with caution:
Agave (pointy on the ends)
String of Pearls (can be picky about watering)
