Another clip showing you a few drills for the deep hip rotators strengthening, those are the stabilising muscles of the hip joint and unfortunately, common generators of pain.
The work got to be slow and precise guys, this is not about build muscles or getting tired, but gaining control in your joint and supporting stability of the joint, so you can be pain-free, ache-free.
99% of my clients are over 50, and this sort of work does amazing things to combat sedentary lifestyle-related aches, helps off-load the lower back, but since hip pain and back are so common these days in the young and middle aged, you may as well start early!
