JTAGulator: Pin Mapper (EXTEST Scan)

The JTAGulator is an open source hardware hacking tool that assists in identifying on-chip debug interfaces of an electronic device. This video demonstrates the JTAG Pin Mapper (aka EXTEST Scan) command released in firmware v1.11. The command associates the physical pins of a target chip with their positions in the Boundary Scan Register, which can be useful for chip- or board-level reverse engineering or to provide information needed to access an external device connected to the target chip.
