Can Kerbal Space Program be an esports event? Apparently, yes it can! This is the story of how 2 plucky British YouTubers went to France to conquer SpaceCon 2023's KSP Esports event! The contest was a gruelling 24 hour endurance challenge in which we would need to play Real Solar System to construct a lunar mining base, gateway station and surface shuttle, and then establish a Mars colony for crewed missions...and then DO a crewed mission. We were ambitious, but were we rubbish?
