With things like the price of major gear pieces on a declining price direction, it's time to pivot to new strategies in order to combat the lack of demand for gear and withstand the late league player drop off. Gear like mageblood and headhunter have been bought by the majority of players who plan on using them already meaning they aren't going to be selling very quickly unless you dip your price low enough. This goes for a majority of gear in poe crucible league now making things like profit crafting and gear flipping much less relevant and are leading to long wait periods for sales. Around this time in the league, some of the best strategies start becoming based around things like consumable currencies such as crafting materials and mapping materials like sextants and eldritch currency. This means that some of the best profit strategies around this time in the league are actually farming strats that bring in a consistent profit per hour margin. With a rising demand in bulk currency, things like delving, blight farming, and altar mapping become a lot more profitable and thats just to name a few. Items like invitations, scarabs and beasts are in higher demand due to a lack of supply in the market.
