3 Parts Distilled Water
(regular water works as well but it wouldn't have a log shelf life)
1 Part Vegetable Glycerin
(regular Glycerin works as well)

Recipe # 2
3 Parts Green Tea
(use distilled water if you would like to to have a long shelf life)
1 Part Vegetable Glycerin
