Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo2 taking on Monza circuit

The Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo2 debuts in 2023. It is based on the Huracán STO, with which it shares some aesthetic elements, rear-wheel drive, and the engine. The body, made of a mix of aluminum and carbon fiber, features new winglets and a new diffuser. The underbody has a Zylon coating for increased rigidity. The passenger compartment safety cage is reinforced with two supports and side panels made of carbon and Kevlar. The braking system, traction control management, and ABS have been improved. It is powered by a 5.2L naturally aspirated 90° DGF V10 engine with direct injection and dry sump lubrication, mated to a Hör 6-speed sequential gearbox. The suspension is double wishbone on uniball with Öhlins TTX 36 four-way shock absorbers and three-way adjustable anti-roll bars. It features a 12-way adjustable Bosch Motorsport M5 ABS system

With this car, Mirko Bortolotti won the 2024 DTM season, bringing an Italian driver back to the title after 31 years. Bortolotti himself, along with Luca Engstler and Jordan Pepper, won the 24 Hours of Spa driving the GRT - Grasser Racing Team car

At the 2024 Monterey Car Week, Lamborghini unveiled the new Lamborghini Temerario. This car will form the basis of the new GT3, which will debut in 2026, and the new Super Trofeo, which will debut in 2027. The Temerario is powered by a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine

After a photo taken during a test at Vallelunga, the GT3 version was unveiled to the public at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The debut is scheduled for the 2026 12 Hours of Sebring.
