As we push through the corridors, every pull of the fog of war turns into a tight turn-based brawl: high-deflection elites that shrug off hits, mirror-imaged casters winding up nasty debuffs, and our party answering with marks, flanks, crits and well-placed priestly fire from Durance. Expect plenty of crunchy PoE math—damage reduction, deflection, initiative shenanigans—and a very tasty enchanted quarterstaff that restores health with every blow, sparking a fun debate over which companion should become the new life-stealing frontliner.
