I took 25mg of Oxandrolone (Anavar) Daily, and THIS is What Happened

I took 25mg of oxandrolone daily for 32 days and this is what happened. First, I want to preface this by saying I did not change my diet or my training. I track my food every single day so I know what I eat. I continued to eat 2900 calories per day. I also track my workouts - I never miss although the timing can be less than ideal. Also, in attempts to bulwark any potential liver issues I took 500mg of TUDCA daily and 1200mg of NAC daily.
Looking at my physique you can see that I actually got leaner and improved my body composition. There is definitely a body recomposition effect when taking anavar. I also had insane pumps when I would work out. I didn't mention this in the video but I can say that it actually hindered some of my cardio - how life works is that I do my cardio right after my lift and sometimes my legs would be so pumped I would have a tough time doing my 110 flights on the stepper.
In terms of bloodwork, not a ton of changes across the board except for a few things. The first one I didn't like and that's the fact that my HDL was nearly cut in half. This can happen with oxandrolone and I was disappointed to see it given I was on such a modest dose of just 25mg of anavar a day. The cool part is that my SHBG went way down and my free testosterone went way up. This is what bros mean when they say "oxandrolone makes your testosterone work better."
In terms of what I would change is first and foremost I would have taken less oxandrolone. I'm curious how low of a dose I could go and still get a positive effect while minizing the downsides. Secondly I would have aggressively managed my lipids.
