A serene journey up Kionganyo Hill, culminating at the scenic Humphrey’s Hotel overlooking Kisii Town. This is more than a walk — it’s a story of nature, determination, and community.

0:00 – Opening Aerial Shot
The video opens with a drone shot sweeping across lush green hills and dense tree canopies. The path below becomes visible, and the outline of walkers emerges from the forest. This sets the tone: immersive, natural, and peaceful.

0:30 – Meet & Start
Members are seen gathering at the trailhead. Smiles, warm-ups, stretching. The walk kicks off as the group moves together onto the forest path. The audio shifts to ambient sounds — birds, wind through leaves, footsteps on earth.

8:00 – Into the Woods
The group transitions deeper into the forest, walking on narrow earth trails flanked by tall trees. You’ll notice light filtering through branches, casting shifting patterns on the path. Occasional time-lapses show the sun creeping overhead, shifting shadows, and clouds rolling by.

11:00 – Midway Undercanopy & Moments of Pause

16:00 – Climb Towards Humphrey’s Hotel

18:35 – Summit View & Sunrise over Kisii Town
At the top near Humphrey’s Hotel, the payoff: an expansive panoramic view of Kisii town and surrounding hills, bathed in early sunshine. Drone shots pull out to capture the town spread below, with mist or haze in the valleys. Walkers stand in awe, take photos, and absorb the moment.
