Decided to stack up about a thousand mines around Carlos while he was begging right outside of Rivet City. Made Fawkes stand on top of the pile and told him to wait. Then proceeded to detonate the mines from different vantage points to get diverse angles of the carnage.
Fawkes and Carlos EASILY blast into the skybox, and could have went twice as high. Shoutout to the guards for not caring, mostly.
