After completing his early education, he worked at the Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) before leaving in 1992 to start his own venture. Since 1994, he has been devoted to helping people achieve physical and spiritual well-being through recitations, prayers, and natural diets. His weekly sermons on Islam, delivered every Thursday in Jhelum since 1996, attract numerous followers seeking guidance on living a righteous and fulfilling life.

Through his Dera in Jhelum, Baba Irfan ul Haq has been providing spiritual healing and serving communal meals (Langar) to the needy since 1994.

His teachings emphasize the importance of love, positivity, and forgiveness. As he states:

"He who forgives, on the Day of Resurrection, will be forgiven."

"Straight path will be shown to those who shun all negative thoughts and energies, hatred and resentment, replacing them with love and positivity."
