A rare opportunity to acquire a genuine used early-production Nepalese Singing Bowl Gong 40" Chau. Made from 100% old singing bowl alloy.
This Gong comes from our personal collection and has been lovingly used in our Sound "performances" and sound therapy since 2015; it is fondly known as The Mighty Gong due to it’s deep, low tone and long sustain; it's sound character also feels very earthy and it has a thunderous roar!
Fundamental tone is around C (31.9Hz),
It is an amazing gong that reacts beautifully to mallet playing (of course) but is also especially suited to multi-layered flumi-work.
