Currently in pre-production for "The Brutalist" from director Brady Corbet, Lol Crawley BSC is a cinematographer celebrated for his compelling visuals, intelligent lighting and versatile ability behind the lens. The feature is set to star Guy Pearce, Adrien Brody, Felicity Jones and Raffey Cassidy.

Most recently, Crawley wrapped on the highly anticipated comedy-drama "White Noise," the latest from director Noah Baumbach, set to release in cinemas on Nov 25th and on Netflix Dec. 30th. Starring Adam Driver, Greta Gerwig and Don Cheadle, it made history as the first film to open both the Venice and New York Film Festivals, before heading to London’s BFI Film Festival and a slew of regional festivals.

Some of his latest work can be seen in critically acclaimed films "The Humans," "The Devil All The Time," Bob Dylan’s "Shadow Kingdom and The Secret Garden". His extensive and multifaceted abilities allow him to create beautiful visuals with a wide range of directors and genres, elevating each and every story he portrays. In the past, Crawley has lensed for films such as "45 Years," "Ballast," "The Childhood of a Leader" and "Vox Lux."

Outside of film, Crawley has directed cinematography for groundbreaking television such as "Black Mirror," "The OA," "Utopia." For his work on the series "The Crimson Petal and White," Crawley earned a BAFTA TV Award nomination for Best Photography and Lighting: Fiction.

Beyond the entertainment industry, Crawley has shot spots for Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, Adidas, Samsung and Dior, as well as worked with legendary musicians such as Arcade Fire, Nick Cave and Coldplay for music videography.

Crawley’s accolades include a Best Cinematography Award from the Sundance Film Festival for "Ballast" and a Spotlight Award nomination from the American Society of Cinematographers and an Independent Spirit Award nomination from the Film Independent Spirit Awards for "The Childhood of a Leader." Similarly, he earned a Haskell Wexler Award for Best Cinematography at the Woodstock Film Festival for his work lensing "On The Ice."
