Just after the Grenfell Tower fire, Omega Mwaikambo posted pictures of one of those who had died on social media. “Does anyone know this body laying outside my flat for more than two hours”, he said. Within days, he was in front of magistrates, pleading guilty to breeches of the Communications Act 2003. He was sentenced to three months in prison. Omega Mwaikambo has completed his term and spoke to Dan Newling about what was going through his mind.
