Some Other Time - Piano Chord Voicings (Intermediate)

Here is my rendition of the beautiful jazz standard Some Other Time written by Leonard Bernstein. I drew a bit of inspiration from Bill Evans' version.

I tried to keep the same harmonic frame as I usually do (mainly just use chords that go up to the 7th) but the nature of this composition demanded a bit more chord extensions and also more movement. I also changed a few of the original harmonies. The purpose of this video is to offer an easy way into the Jazz world for intermediate pianists who don't know where to start when studying Jazz. Have fun learning and playing this arrangement!
