Aneta Dortová and Emanuele De Simone is an Irish traditional music duo based in Galway, Ireland and Rome, Italy. Our first album ''Tunes of the Travelling Dance Masters'' is a collection of tunes and songs from the travelling dance master era, played on banjo, flute, guitar, mandolin, bouzouki, concertina, hurdy-gurdy and sang and lilted.
Album guest on concertina and lilting is Fionnuala Hannigan-Dunkley.
Album was recorded by Cesar Benzoni and Yodel Studio in Galway city in September 2020.
This documentary was shot by Cesar Benzoni and Erick Sabino, edited by Cesar Benzoni and Yodel Studio.
Album artwork and design created by Elva Carroll.
Album recording was kindly funded by the Arts Council Ireland. Aneta Dortová and Emanuele De Simone and Emanuele De Simone are recipients of the Covid 19 Response Award.
