In today’s lesson, I go through how to calculate the percentage yield for a chemical reaction. I show you how to calculate the theoretical mass (using the 3-point process for reacting mass calculations), and then derive the percentage yield. This method works for ALL questions covered in high school Chemistry, whether it be GCSE, A-level, Advanced Placement or IB.
