This airport is very complicated way to get through the immigrations. Like you must ride a train to other buliding to get through the immigrations. I also forgot to menton taht the check in is delayed, so many passengers builds up the line very very long. Because Singapore Airlines Check In never always late. The cleanliness in this airport is also fine, nothing dirty. But except for the toilet. The toilet seems cleaned, but when I go to there, there is still a poop unflushed. Janitors should be fixing that problem. It seems the airports doesn't have any convience store, not because of the time, but I also explore the airport. the waiting area is small also, not as big in Changi Airport.

Starting from the boarding process. I dont know, btu it seems longer than ususal form the boarding process. When everyone seats, you will be handed a hot towel to keep you refreshed. Especially on long-haul flights. The takeoff preparations was very good. And, we need to wait the planes to land until we can go to the runway. Takeoff pitch is good, doesn't make passengers getting a nausea. Cruising seems a little bit longer than ususal. Menu will be gived 5 minutes after the cruising. Food was delicious, so I'm not gonna talk about that much. The lavatory is clean, but there is some tissue on the closet. Next time can improve. Warm and cold water is availbale also. Now what is the important thing is the landing. Maybe in Singapore is on rain, so the land is a little bit hard. And it seems a little bit late.
