“Beowulf: You want your name in The Song of Beowulf? You think it should end with me killed by some Frisian raider with no name?”

I remember reading the epic of Beowulf in highschool, and growing a beard immediately on the spot. Beowulf is what story telling is all about. This man was the original hype story. An epic telling of a human who was bigger than life. My appreciation for language comes from our ability to tell stories and communicate emotion effectively; part of the fabric that binds us together as a species. This movie came out around the same time we began studying Old English poems. Was going through my old movies and saw this; said f*ck it, I need gym motivation again, so here is my edit for that. Hope you enjoy.

I believe stories (and how we share them) have the ability to reshape our lives and teach us lessons that we might normally not come upon without hardship. The human capacity for cruelty has always troubled me. I will continue to make more videos/photos in the hope that I can offer something positive to the world, however small. This, is what I love doing.
