We took Hwy 1 along the west coast and stopped at Garrapata State Park just outside of Carmel, CA. There are 3 different paths to walk on to see the magnificent views. The water is unbelievably clean and so blue. It is absolutely beautiful here. This is one of the State Parks that is free of charge along this stunning coast line.
