How Do 'Legit' Martial Artists Feel about HEMA?

It's always interesting to see folks with different backgrounds come together and compare notes. Even if you don't think two different forms of martial arts have much in common at first glance, there might be more overlap than you think.

This is my commentary on the experiences that Josh Beam and Sensei Seth had when going to HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) schools to explore what sword fighting is like. I'm only showing a few clips because it's their content, and you should definitely watch it in full.

At the start I have a few remarks on the topic of legitimacy, and if you're not interested in that part you can skip to 1:30.
