Sea Snail in Coconut Milk (Bagungon sa Gata) — Filipino Style Recipe!

Ingredients:
1 kg sea snails (Bagungon), cleaned and trimmed
1 onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 pcs green chili (siling haba)
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup coconut cream
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp cracked black pepper
A bunch of kangkong leaves
Cooking oil
Instructions:
Wash and clean the sea snails. Cut the tail ends.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger.
Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add the sea snails and green chilies.
Pour in coconut milk and season with cracked black pepper. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Add coconut cream, fish sauce, and kangkong leaves.
Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy!
