Fisherman’s Country is Matt Hayes’ diary of his life in the Severn valley. In this episode, its glorious Autumn and Matt does a lot of fishing sometimes with Mick for several species. He also takes the opportunity to travel to the Wye Forest with his mate Ed “Scoops” Brown to stalk deer. Armed with a camera, Ed instructs Matt in stalking techniques to get close enough to the deer to film them.
