This week Schony747 is viewing the portable crossover or headshunt that is in operation during the Anzac tram stop construction.

it's an interesting piece of infrastructure and very useful as the crossover is literally lifted into place and bolted over the existing tram tracks. In this case, the trams from the suburbs are terminating early with buses transporting passengers around the construction site. So the portable infrastructure provides some sort of flexibility where in the past the nearest crossover would have been in use.
