In this video, we analyze data and write a script for automated processing in FieldTrip. This video is part of a series comparing processing the same data using different publically available software packages. The video is not part of the official FieldTrip documentation.
The final pipeline and data are available at https://github.com/sccn/eeg_pipelines ("fieldtrip" and "data" folders). IT CONTAINS A 2-STEP METHOD THAT FILTERS CONTINUOUS DATA INSTEAD OF DATA EPOCHS (which is not recommended).
