where you have 20-30 people, who are really committed, who really want to support one another, who show up for your course, show up in the community, they come to the group coaching calls of yours, and everyone wants to help one another inside your membership coaching program.

So, you are not the sole leader of your program, but you have community members who are engaged, who add value, who support one another, and who also refer more members into your program.
