𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁:
Ayotola Ilori is a dynamic development communicator, humanitarian leader, and author whose work sits at the intersection of youth empowerment, social justice, and inclusive education. She has led state and community-based projects that amplify young voices, promote peace and security, and confront social issues like bullying, gender-based violence, discrimination, education, climate action and WASH.
As the author of “Louder Than Silence,” Ayotola champions anti-bullying education and emotional intelligence among young people. Her initiatives under Sustainable Solutions for Youth and Vulnerable Initiatives (SSYVI) have impacted thousands across Nigeria driving conversations on leadership, equality, and mental well-being in underserved communities. A recipient of multiple awards including the FCT Ministerial Award for Community Development, Ayotola has consulted for humanitarian and governmental bodies, linking advocacy with sustainable policy impact. With a background in Linguistics, International Affairs, and Development Communication, and currently pursuing her Ph.D, Ayotola continues to use storytelling, research, and advocacy to inspire a generation of young talents to rise above silence, build empathy, and lead with purpose in this evolving age.
