A Wavestation it most certainly is not, but there are some interesting textures to be had from this entry-level vector synth from 1990.

The SY22 also boasts a full range of playable (if dated) standard sounds such as pianos, electric pianos, electric organs, woodwind, brass and strings patches but these are rather more run-of-the-mill, and I wanted to concentrate on the sounds that set this particular little oddity apart.
