Developed with support from the University of Minnesota Center for Public Health Systems, the Blueprint for Public Health System Transformation provides health departments and their system partners with guidance and considerations for engaging in system transformation. It is organized to guide users across a set of common transformation planning phases and incorporates and acknowledges lessons learned from experiences of 21st Century Learning Community states engaged in intentional system transformation efforts.
In this webinar, Melissa Sever, MPH, MCHES, Senior Advisor for Public Health Systems and Services at PHAB, and Jason Orr, PhD, MPH, Researcher at the Center for Public Health Systems, University of Minnesota, present the Blueprint and walk through its key components.
