Vancouver police falsely handcuff guy who didn't commit a crime

The dude that Vancouver police falsely handcuffed is likely unh0used & likely has m3ntal health issues, the guy looks to have a h0spital band on his hand which indicates he was in the h0spital recently & probably wasn't given proper tr3atment & care.

Four cops all of them likely getting paid six figure salaries h@ssling a unh0used guy who hadn't committed a crime.

Vancouver police have a history of falsely arresting & handcuffing people especially B1P0C people, unh0used people & vuln3rable people.

Vancouver police & the gov have a history of trying to cr1minalize healthcare issues such as m3ntal health & @ddiction & trying to criminalize poverty.

Unh0used people routinely get their rights v1olated by Vancouver police, transit police, RCMP & park rangers.

So-called police carding also called street checks which is now illegal but used to a common practice is a v1olation of the Canadian Ch@rter of rights yet unh0used, vuln3rable & BIPOC ppl are routinely h@ssled by cops & c0erced with claims of false arrest & false charges to give their ID even though they haven't committed a cr1me & there isn't reasonable articulable susp1cion of a cr1me.

It's well documented that carding a.k.a. street checks dispropotionately t@rgeted B1P0C, unh0used & vuln3rable ppl.

Allegedly the guy was walking around & talking to himself which is a common symptom of some m3ntal health issues & doesn't mean the person is a so-called d@nger & either some Karen/Darren falsely called the cops on him or the cops saw him & chose to h@ssle him.

One of the cops looks to be wearing a body camera which only a few dozen Vancouver police are wearing even though cops have a history of mild to s3vere m1sconduct, the body camera doesn't look to be turned on as there isn't a red light showing which is an indicator that the body camera is on.

Some of the major issues with police body cameras is cops can turn the cameras on and off & can mute the camera.

Police body cameras will provide some cop @ccountability & tr@nsparency however body cameras are susceptible to police c0rruption.
