Labrador Retriever Training - Force Fetch vs Inductive Retrieve

Today I am answering email questions concerning my approach to establishing a solid, reliable, retrieve. The method I use in my Labrador Retriever puppy training program is awesome, and it applies to all types of retrievers equally well. I included a couple of German Shorthair Pointer puppies to give you a basic idea of how the concepts work with different breeds.

I hope you find my thoughts on the merits of the force fetch versus the inductive retriever to be fair and balanced. Again, leave your comments below if you feel I mischaracterized any part of traditional retriever training.
