Since Brian and I started the podcast in 2021, I’ve only shared nothing but mostly positive stories (with a few challenges here and there). So I thought I’d share my journal entries of my untold stories from 2019…the year I was diagnosed. Whether you have come out on the other side of PD, or still dealing with the dark days of uncertainty and frustration, we have all been in the same hole at some point. I moved past this part. Not to say it won’t come again, but for now I’m in a good place. But it’s a good reminder to know where it all started.
