Ingredients:
2 bananas
As many nuts as you like
(20 pistachios, 20 almonds, 20 flaked almonds, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds)
4 tablespoons olive oil or liquid oil
Recipe :
Cut the bananas in half and cut each half of the banana lengthwise, place one half of the sliced banana between a freezer bag or a ziplock bag and press the banana lightly with a cake plate to flatten it. Then brush both sides of the banana with olive oil and arrange any nuts you like on the banana and place it in an oven tray or mold that you have previously lined with greaseproof paper and bake at 140 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until the bananas are cooked and crispy.
After the specified time, the bananas are ready and let them cool down and now the banana with nuts is ready to serve. Enjoy.
