This is a great way to develop increased mobility in your joints and to train your body to conform to the Wing Chun manner of movement. Repetition makes the master! The Chum Kiu workout is a lot more involved and detailed than the Siu Nim Tau workout is. It's really important to train the movements properly when you're doing this many repetitions, as you can easily train bad habits into your movement that would take a considerable amount of time to correct. This video is more of a supplement to actual training with a qualified instructor and to give you an idea of how to train your forms even if you do them differently from our lineage.

0:09 50 alternating punches with 3 Huen-Sau after each punch
1:23 50 double Chuen-Sau
1:52 100 Turns with the double Lan-Sau
3:11 50 Pak-Sau on the forearm of the Tok-Sau
4:23 50 chain palms
6:56 50 left and right sides Lan-Sau, Crossed Tan-Sau, Bong-Wu
9:24 50 left and right Punch to nose, turn to center with Fak-Sau, Fook-Sau,
Chuen-Sau, back to Lan-Sau
11:53 10 left and right Grab, Shift with Lan-Sau, Side Thrusing Kick, Step in
with Bong-Wu
