We are strapmania, a German-Scandinavian circus company featuring aerialists in collaboration with viusal artists.
As newcomer on the independent performing arts market we debuted with our collectively produced circus performance STRAPMAN!A (2020). Solely object based research based on the aerial apparatus straps led to this first of a series of consultations on body and apparatus out of a contemporary circus perspective.
We are active as this creative incubator, our multi person aerial straps collective, to create a platform to work on the communal aspects of aerial straps and take performance into space.
