PyTorch model trained on a laptop, runs on a $6 Pico 2 W. No Python, no OS, no malloc. 520KB of RAM total.
Eager vs lazy/graph execution modes, how tensors are laid out in memory arenas, ATen decomposition, edge lowering, and the memory planning that makes zero-allocation inference possible. Then we build and flash it.
