Meal Prep Pizza for the Week 🍕 | Easy & Healthy Homemade Pizza Recipe”
Why order pizza when you can make your own from scratch? 🍕✨ This meal prep-friendly pizza is perfect for making ahead so you can enjoy fresh, homemade pizza all week long!
Ingredients for Pizza Dough:
✔ 2 cups all-purpose flour
✔ 2 cups whole wheat flour
✔ 3.5 cups water
✔ 2 tsp instant yeast
✔ 1 tbsp sugar
✔ 2 tbsp salt
✔ 1/4 cup olive oil
✔ 1 tsp baking powder
How to Make the Dough:
1️⃣ Mix instant yeast with 1 tsp sugar in lukewarm water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbles form.
2️⃣ Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3️⃣ Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, then knead for 5-10 minutes until the dough is smooth. It will be sticky, so add a little flour to your hands if needed.
4️⃣ Let the dough rise for 3-4 hours until it doubles in size.
Homemade Pizza Sauce:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 4 cloves garlic (grated)
• 1/2 cup smashed tomato
Toppings I Used:
🥩 Beef salami
🍄 Mushrooms
🧀 Cheese
