I want to sincerely thank all the comments here on youtube and on facebook helping my trouble shoot my van. There were so many things to consider, but ultimately I didn't think it was the fuel pump, I felt strongly it was something electrical related to the passlock system since the symptoms are EXACTLY passlock symptoms. In the end.... it wound up being something super simple.
