This LENTIL Recipe is BETTER than MEAT! LOVE This new way to cook lentils! These are the BEST meatballs I've made and they contain ZERO Meat!!! They are LOADED with protein, and just outright really good! I wanted to make a meatball sandwich with them and I'm so glad I did!
One of the biggest problems with vegan meatballs is they don't tend to be firm enough, or they are too dry! These solve both of those problems! They are super firm and meaty along with still being moist and chewy! I'm so excited for this recipe and what else I can make with them!
I think I need to make a lentil series now!
