Build stronger quads, glutes and hamstrings with this intense 5-minute leg workout. No machines — just barbell and dumbbell squat variations. Follow the 9 exercises below and perform the workout as demonstrated.

Recommended program (as shown):
• Do 3–5 sets of each exercise.
• Repetitions: 12–16 reps per set.

Tips:
• Focus on full range of motion and tight core on every rep.
