Indonesian Traditional Fried Chicken (Ayam Goreng Ungkep)

Indonesian Traditional Fried Chicken or Ayam Goreng Ungkep is very popular dish in Indonesia and all people love it.

Even though there's so many new emerging menu up coming but still one of this traditional dish become a favorite of everyone.

You can find this fried chicken in every family gathering or any occasion or any traditional restaurant and we use to eat it with Steam White Rice, Fresh Vegetables (Lettuce, Cucumber, Cabbage, etc.) and Sambal (Chili Dipping Sauce).

INGREDIENTS:

800 gr Chicken Legs

White Paste:
(3 cloves Garlic, 1/2 cup White Onion, 3 pcs Candle Nuts)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
1 bar Lemon Grass
1/2 inch Galangga
2 pcs Bay Leaf
1 pcs Chicken Block
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
