TURKEYS BEST KEPT SECRET (City Overlooking Syria) 🇹🇷 | Mardin, Türkiye

In this video we head further east in Turkey to a city 20kms away from the Syrian border called Mardin! Watch as we wander the charming streets and explore the history of this beautiful city. We start our day with some traditional Turkish Breakfast before attempting to climb the Mardin Castle (We failed). We then head to a museum in the city before we do some wine tasting and check out some historic sites such as an old Church and Mardin's Grand Mosque. We finish our first day having dinner with sprawling views over Mesopotamia & modern day Syria. On day 2 we head a bit out of the tourist area to get incredible views of the city before finishing our trip to Mardin with more delicious food and wonderful views!
